Emre came to London and started working as a programmer and drummer for Jim Abbiss on his solo project.

Em carried on working for Jim when he returned to producing artists.

Shortly after this, Em went completely freelance and has been fortunate enough to work in different roles such as producer, engineer, mixer, programmer, composer and drummer for a huge range of artists including: Shakira, Noel Gallagher, Carly Rae Jepson, Sia, Lily Allen, Etienne Daho, Jack Savoretti, Richard Ashcroft, Paloma Faith, Kylie, Ali Farke Toure, Black Honey, Leo Abrahams, David Holmes, Mark Ronson, Ritual, Beardyman, Palma Violets, Yak and many many others.

In parallel with this commercial music career, Em has worked with Steve Mackey and John Gosling in the fashion industry to produce soundtracks for couture shows and commercial scores for the brands. Clients include: McQueen, Louie Vuitton, Ghost, Givenchy, Matthew Williamson, Tommy Hilfiger, Armani, Tom Ford, Rihanna, River Island, Fendi, Lancome, Chloe, Miele, Jaeger, Ungaro, Gucci, Nina Ricci, Giles Deacon, Julian MacDonald, Miu Miu, Schiaparelli, and more.

Finally, Em has always been a serious player and his spiritual jazz band Ill Considered has hit the ground running in 2017/18 with 4 albums released already and two more scheduled for release before the end of the year. They’ve received widespread critical acclaim and are noted as one of the new British Jazz bands to watch.
